EQUIPMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
(i) Deposit:
A returnable deposit of 300 euro for all fishing and associated equipment hire is required. This is payable on arrival.
The deposit will be refunded at the end of the hire period after appropriate checks of all hired equipment have been made. Any damaged equipment will attract the appropriate replacement or repair cost and be deducted from the deposit repayment.
(ii) Equipment check:
Upon your arrival it is your sole responsibility to check all fishing and associated equipment for any damage.
Any damage must be reported to the bailiff before you take possession of any equipment.
(iii) Hirer’s Responsibility:
It is the hirer’s responsibility during the hire period to take all reasonable care of any equipment and to leave it clean and tidy at the end of the hire period.
Any damage should be reported to the bailiff as soon as possible.
